Calendar of Events
- CPOA Board of Directors Meeting and Adoption of the 2009 Budget
- This is to notify all homeowners that annual assessments will be considered at this Board of Director's Meeting;
specifically, adoption of the 2009 budget. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2009
at the Heritage Harbor Clubhouse (Heritage Harbor Parkway, Lutz)
at 7:00 pm.
While it is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to adopt the budget, Cheval
East property homeowners are welcome to attend this meeting.
Payments to the Association are due on a quarterly basis; the first on January 1, 2009; the second on
April 1, 2009; the third on July 1, 2009; and the fourth on October 1, 2009. Copies of the proposed 2009 budget will
be available at the meeting and the final adopted budget will be mailed with the 2009 payment coupons.
- Board Seat Election - Resumes for candidates running for the
Cheval Property Owners Association Board of Directors must be received at Greenacre Properties, Inc's office
no later than October 1, 2008.

- CPOA Annual Meeting - The CPOA Annual Meeting is scheduled
for November 19, 2008 at 7:00 PM
at Heritage Harbor Clubhouse (Heritage Harbor Parkway, Lutz).

CPOA Meetings - The CPOA Board of Directors
usually meets on the last Wednesday of each month in the Board Room at
Heritage Harbor Clubhouse (Heritage Harbor Parkway, Lutz) at 7:00 PM. Dates
and Times are posted at the Main Gate.
- ALRC Meetings - The Architectural and Landscaping Review Committee
usually meets on the second Monday of each month in the Board Room at Greenacre Properties,
4131 Gunn Highway, at 8:30 AM. Dates and Times are posted at the Main Gate.
