Association Manager

Cheval East employs Greenacre Properties Inc. to provide a variety of association management services including tracking and handling the documentation for construction and landscaping requests, responding to resident complaints, and maintaining many of the legal documents related the operation of the Association, its Board of Directors and various committees.

Our current association manager is Kathi Wise. In addition to servings as our primary contact at Greenacre Properties, Kathi provides day-to-day oversight for many of the contractors we employ to provide various community services including neighborhood security and landscape maintenance for the common areas.

The Association Manager does not respond to calls or emails from non-residents seeking information concerning the Cheval Community.
