The ALRC meets on the second Monday of each month at the CPOA's Association Manager's office in the office building adjacent to the Dale Mabry Gate.
All applications must be received at the Association Manager's office no later than 5:00 PM Wednesday prior to the next Monday’s meeting.
Color Schemes
You can review this list at Cheval East Color Schemes.
Please be aware that the colors may appear differently on your computer screen. You should use the online list as a guideline and make your final selection after checking physical paint chips or paint samples.
Paint Sample Books are available at our Association Manager’s office:
3939 Cheval Blvd., Lutz, FL 33558.
Approved paint colors are based on Sherwin Williams and Scott Paint manufacturers paint codes, but
homeowners may use any paint supplier that matches those colors.
Make sure you check actual paint chip samples for the specific color codes or the Cheval East
Paint Sample Books, before you make your final selection.

Notice of Completion
After the completion of any approved work, please submit a Notice of Completion. A Notice of Completion form is included as the last page of each of the application forms above, or you can print off a separate copy using the link below:
