Starting in January 2009, Cheval East will be employing Community Management Concepts, Inc. (CMC) to provide a variety of association management services including tracking and handling the documentation for construction and landscaping requests, responding to resident complaints, and maintaining many of the legal documents related the operation of the Association, its Board of Directors and various committees.

Our current association manager is Tom Sholl. In addition to serving as our primary contact at CMC, Tom provides day-to-day oversight for many of the contractors we employ to provide various community services including neighborhood security and landscape maintenance for the common areas.
