CHEVAL EAST

Community Association

Tampa's Cheval Community is represented by two separate neighborhood associations, each with their own deed restrictions, architectural guidelines, and boards of directors. Both associations work together to serve all residents.

Cheval East is served by the Cheval Property Owners Association (CPOA), with its homeowner-elected Board of Directors and a board-appointed Architectural Landscape Review Committee (ALRC).
